OUR STORY

We are a small, family business located in Rancho Bernardo, CA specializing in making a variety of flavors of Fig Jams.

Our fig jams have been featured at local wineries on their menu and in their gift shops.

We planted a few mission fig trees when we bought our property, it took a couple of years before they started producing figs. I really wasn't sure what to do with them other than eat them from the tree. I started making fig jam a few years later and found out that lots of people love it!  So our fig jam was a hit! I've specialized my jam by making a few different varieties and have added four more fig trees to our yard! Fresh local fruit picked at peak ripeness is what makes our jam full of flavor!

Since our humble beginning, our little business has outgrown the fig trees we started with,
and now we supplement our needs from J Marchini Farms in La Grand, CA.

All the figs are organic and hand-picked.

"We are a fourth-generation family farm. Our great grandfather came from Lucca, Italy in the 1920's
found this perfect valley to grow crops. All the generations from then have been successful
and we have grown with the times.

Figs grow all over the world but thrive in the San Joaquin Valley, where the warm dry Mediterranean
climate grows high quality figs with great flavor and sweetness.
Our organic figs use minimal fertilizer so that what you see is what you get, and that's enough to be fantastic!
We prune the trees every winter to promote growth in the spring. The grass around the trees supports a healthy soil which aides in moisture retention and we use less water because of it."
